AG was founded by Hasan Mirza and is now complimented by a team of twenty professionals.
The Founder :
HASAN MIRZA BA (HONS), ACA, MABRP
Graduate of Birmingham City University, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1990 and qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 1998.
Key Points:
- Involved in the finance sector for 25 years and have a proven track record in turning around businesses, including Virgin Cosmetics and Mollin Publishing Plc who published Men’s Heath.
- Have assisted Companies to float on the UK Stock Exchange and been part of a flotation process.
- Key role in growing Brightside Plc, from a staff of 2 to 50 within 14 months, in readiness for its floatation on AIM.
- Have assisted start-ups to launch. Raised finance for Wallpaper, a magazine aimed at the UK sector, which within a few years was being sold in 25 countries.
- Have worked in the past with key decision makers in 3i, Barclays Bank Plc, Harrold’s Bank Plc, etc.
- Have been involved in high profile multi-jurisdiction investigations involving assets transferred through offshore havens.
- Is regularly quoted in national newspapers, radio and television.
